We currently use Mailchimp and Aweber as our e-mail marketing provider. Our website is hosted by JetPack through ‘s parent company is called Auttomatic.

We post events through Eventbrite and and use Paypal for purchase transactions.

We share data with third party vendors with your consent when you sign up for conferences, workshops, book clubs, and other events. Third party vendors may include, but not limited to hotels, food service providers, technical service providers, book club authors, event staff, professional advisors, such a lawyers and collection agencies.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement affiliate or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. 

Mirrors and Bridges, LLC will not sell, lease or distribute your information without your consent. We may provide your information in the result of a merger or dissolution of the company.

We only share your information with need to know assistants and IT service providers for the purpose of setting up, maintaining our website and day to day business operations.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
